British Airways is to show the international box office smash and latest instalment in the Star Wars film saga, Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, on its long-haul flights.
Passengers can enjoy the critically acclaimed film on long-haul flights around the world, from March 1, for the next four months in super, immersive 3D sound.
The movie, stars British newcomers Daisy Ridley as Rey and John Boyega as Finn and has become only the third ever film to generate more than $2 billion at the box office.
Director of customer experience, British Airways, Troy Warfield said: “Blockbusters don’t come much bigger than Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens, which more than deserves all the hype generated by fans, desperate to the see the latest twist in this incredible film series.
