Low-cost carrier, Air Arabia, recently celebrating five-years of successful operations in Ukraine, has announced that it is to increase its frequencies to the country.
Having entered the region with regular services to Kiev in 2008, the airline has continued to show strong growth in the country. The carrier now operates seven weekly non-stop flights which are due to be increased to 17 in October 2013, from its Sharjah hub, to four destinations in Ukraine.
Group CEO, Air Arabia, Adel Ali remarked: “Air Arabia attributes the success to the special relationship it enjoys with its customers in Ukraine, as well as the vast potential that the country’s aviation sector offers. We are glad to announce the increase in frequency of Ukraine services to 17 weekly flights by October this year.”
“This milestone is especially significant for Air Arabia as we continue to expand in Ukraine and the wider CIS region. Since our entry into the country in 2008, we have been offering enormous choice for customers seeking to travel between Ukraine and UAE, and beyond,” Ali said.
Destinations that Air Arabia serves in Ukraine include Kiev, Donetsk, Kharkiv and Odessa.
