Chef appointed at Courtyard by Marriot Dubai Green Community

 

Leocata has around 14 years’ experience in the culinary world, specialising in Italian cuisine and Italian-Mediterranean dishes. He is of Italian origin and gained his professional qualifications from Instituto Prefessionale Albergheiero di Stato in Giarre with a Qualification in Food Science.

 

Leocata has worked in the UK, and has held senior positions in Hotel Cadogan in London, and Del Lago Italian Restaurant in Manchester, both as a Chef de Partie.
