Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa welcomes Maia Bassal

Maïa Bassal has settled into her new role as assistant director of marketing and communications at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa.
Bassal’s most recent position before joining the Rotana family was as a communications and PR executive at Mövenpick Hotel & Resort Beirut.
Originally from Lebanon, Bassal is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
A hotel management graduate from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon, Bassal credits her time at university as being vital to inspiring her love for the industry: “When I went to university for orientation, I was inspired by the hospitality domain, the courses, and the customer service; I felt that it was not only a job, but a passion.”
