Raffles Dubai appoints new director of F&B

 

Hichem has more than 15 years of hospitality experience in hotels in Europe, North Africa and the Gulf. He began his career in 1996 in Tunisia in Khamsa Corinthia Hotel and The Residence Tunis Hotel before moving onto Burj Al Arab in 1999.

 

Hichem then worked with Ritz Carlton Hotels for 10 years in Doha, Jakarta, Moscow and Dubai. His last position was Operations Manager at The Pearl Qatar, Doha, where he spent two years developing new F&B concepts.
