Swissôtel Kunshan awarded for business excellence

Swissôtel Kunshan, which celebrated its fifth birthday in July, has been honoured as one of the most distinguished regional business hotels.
The hotel has been recognised in the category ‘Ten Most Outstanding Regional Business Hotel’ at the 2012 Asia Hotel Golden-Olive Awards held in Shenzhen, as well as being awarded ‘Outstanding Tourism Enterprise for 2011’ by the Kunshan government.
The 2012 Asia Hotel Golden-Olive Awards was held in conjunction with the seventh Asian Hotel Leaders Summit in Shenzhen.
The hotel’s awards are described as recognising both its success as an enterprise, as well as it being a business that gives back to and supports various activities in the local community.
“While many awards in the hospitality industry tend to focus on hotels in the major cities, I am delighted that Swissôtel Kunshan has been given this honour even though we are situated in a smaller city like Kunshan,” explained general manager, Swissôtel Kunshan, Stephen Fewell.
“This is a testament to our dedicated team at the hotel that provides service with a passion daily, and has helped our hotel to gain recognition.”
