A refreshed look for Boston Marriott Copley Place’s meeting facilities

The Boston Marriott Copley Place, owned by Host Hotels & Resorts, has completed a facelift on its Grand Ballroom, the Back Bay Conference and Exhibition Hall and its Atrium Lounge.

Spanning approximately 2,176m2, the Grand Ballroom now boasts a colour palette of greys and blues, tonal wall coverings and plush custom carpet.  The new colour scheme now beautifully emphasises the ballroom’s three pre-existing chandeliers, while a state-of-the-art digital lighting and a sound system, an easily accessible lighting grid, wired and wireless connectivity, and fibre optic cabling continue to be available.  The Grand Ballroom can be split into 11 sections, accommodating 3,640 for receptions and 1,990 for banquets.

Moving on, the 2,090m2 Back Bay Conference and Exhibition Hall also boasts a new colour scheme of granite, grey and gold.  This space is an ideal option for trade shows, equipped to accommodate 102 booths and up to 1,400 guests, or sub-divided with either air walls or stylish opaque glass panels into seven mid-sized meeting rooms.
