Bolstering its already impressive portfolio in Thailand, Accor has confirmed plans for the V Villas Phuket – MGallery.
Home to 24 pool villas, the resort is being constructed on a hilltop in Ao Yon Beach, Phuket, approximately one hour from Phuket International Airport and 20 minutes from Phuket Town.
Upon completion, guests at V Villas Phuket – MGallery will be able to enjoy five dining outlets, a swimming pool and a fantastic spa and wellness centre.
Enthusing on the news was chief operating officer, Accor – Upper Southeast and Northeast Asia and the Maldives, Patrick Basset: “We are honoured to collaborate with our valued partners once again to introduce V Villas Phuket, following the success of V Villas Hua Hin and VIE Hotel Bangkok over the years. Synonymous to the V Villas vision and concept, V Villas Phuket seeks to offer guests exclusivity and privacy in each luxurious villa, each boasting spectacular views.
“The hotel is an ideal fit for our MGallery brand, as each hotel in the collection tells a unique story inspired by the destination. From bespoke design and sensorial mixology to wellbeing dedicated to self-care, MGallery guests are inspired and enriched through their delightful visits to these stylish, thoughtful and decidedly singular hotels,” he added.
Also commenting was owner, V Villas Phuket – Mgallery, Khun Vichaya Poolvaraluk: “V Villas Phuket is destined to be an unforgettable destination with its privileged location high up on the hills overlooking the Ao Yon Bay in Southern Phuket. The hotel also provides direct access to one of the area’s last hidden and beautiful secluded beaches. Like its sister property in Hua Hin, it will offer an unparalleled level of service and privacy including dedicated butler service.”
Poolvaraluk explained that one standout feature of the hotel will be its dining concepts, with a restaurant and outdoor deck facing the azure blue water and a rooftop bar offering a 360-degree view, 50 meters above sea level, for what promises to be a stunning sunset spot.
Accor has 89 hotels in Thailand and a pipeline of 10 properties that are scheduled to open over the next five years.
