Emaar Hospitality Group has shed further light on its second project in Egypt, Address Marassi Beach Resort, which is anticipated to redefine high-end hospitality.
The property, which stands in a waterfront location by the Mediterranean Sea and overlooks the Sidi Abdel Rahman Bay, will be home to 140 beautifully appointed rooms and suites. It will form part of Marassi, the master-planned touristic and residential development by Emaar Misr.

Emaar Hospitality Group is also currently developing the Address Marassi Golf Resort + Spa in Egypt, which will house 49 spacious rooms and suites overlooking an 18-hole golf course. The project, which will be the ideal option for wellness and golf enthusiasts, will also comprise of the Address Residences Marassi Golf Resort + Spa, featuring 68 serviced residences and a further 20 branded residences.
Egypt’s Marassi is accessible from the Burj El Arab and El Alamein airports, both of which offer direct connections to major European cities. The development comprises a marina, golf course and daycare facilities. Phase one of the Marassi Beach Clubhouse is already open to the public, while Emaar Misr has also completed the renovation of the historical Alamein Hotel.
Looking ahead, Emaar Hospitality Group’s Address Hotels + Resorts pipeline includes: Jabal Omar Address Makkah in Saudi Arabia; Address Istanbul and Address Residences Emaar Square Istanbul in Turkey; and Address Marassi Al Bahrain.
