Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) has announced a line-up of major events for January at the Abu Dhabi National Centre and Al Ain Convention Centre.
The events will aim to enhance Abu Dhabi’s position as the region’s capital for business tourism, with the ability to attract and host leading international exhibitions and conferences.
Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) will also be happening in Abu Dhabi from January 11-18. ADSW is a global platform for accelerating the world’s sustainable development and brings together a unique mixture of policy makers, industry specialists, technology pioneers and the next generation of sustainability leaders.
As part of ADSW, the World Future Energy Summit (WFES) will be taking place at ADNEC from January 13-16. WFES is a global industry platform connecting business and innovation in energy, clean technology and efficiency for a sustainable future. WFES hosts over 850 exhibiting companies from more than 40 countries; The Future Summit; the unique WFES Forums, covering everything from disruptive technologies to future cities; a set of ground-breaking WFES Initiatives; and WFES Hosted Events, where individual growth markets come under the spotlight.
From January 22 to 25, ADNEC will host BRIDE Abu Dhabi, the region’s leading lifestyle event with spectacular fashion displays, interactive lifestyle stations, and access to all the latest must-haves in beauty, luxury, and bridal celebrations. The event will also give visitors the chance to witness exclusive fashion shows and red-carpet events featuring world-renowned designers, beauty experts, and top-notch influencers.
Meanwhile, the Health, Fitness and Fun Festival (HFFF) will take place at ADNEC from January 22- 25, featuring four days of compact activities not to be missed. All family members are invited to join the thematic health awareness sessions, fitness classes, sports tournaments, races and challenges, as well as workshops by nutritionists about eating healthier and finding a healthy weight, experts’ tips about lifestyle changes that can help you prevent disease and live healthier.
Finally, TAWDHEEF 2020 will take place at ADNEC from January 27-29 for the 14th consecutive year. A leading and comprehensive event, it will serve the purpose of supporting the Government mandate in boosting the share of UAE Nationals in the workforce by matching qualified Emirati talents and national job aspirants with recruiters and hiring managers from leading organisations in the public and private sectors. The event also introduces additional strategic engagements to support some of the critical elements of the nation’s priorities, with particular focus on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.
Al Ain Convention Centre will also host key events this month, including the New Look Exhibition from January 28 to February 1. The New Look Exhibition is an event that embraces all aspects of the health, beauty and fashion markets and will gather suppliers and manufacturers in the cosmetic industry.
