Air Astana has shed light on various enhancements to its summer schedule that will be introduced this June.
The first update will be a fourth weekly service from London Heathrow to Astana, on June 2. The new flight will operate from Terminal 4 and will complement the existing Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday flights.
An overnight service, Air Astana will be offering its economy sleeper class on its Boeing 757s in addition to business and economy class on this flight.
Moving on, the airline is also introducing a new direct, three-times-weekly service to Mongolia’s capital, Ulan Bator from Kazakhstan’s capital in early June.
Passengers departing on Saturdays can enjoy just one short connection via Astana in a flight journey time of just over 11 hours. Additionally, on the return Air Astana is offering a complimentary one-night stay in Astana including breakfast and transfers (based on twin occupancy) for London-bound passengers departing Ulan Bator on Mondays.
Finally, the last enhancement to its schedule this summer will be flights to Tehran, Iran’s capital city, effective as of June 2. The new direct service to Tehran Almaty will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and will be serviced by an Airbus A320 aircraft.
