Ibrahim Marmoush has assumed the position of air commerce director – EMEA at Sabre Corporation.
Marmoush will take charge of the air commerce business in EMEA, a key growth area for Sabre, and will oversee the growth of the company’s GDS customer base across the region, with a special focus on Middle Eastern carriers and maintaining successful partnerships with existing airline customers.
With two decades spent in commercial and technical positions within the industry, Marmoush most recently served as the senior project manager for the Middle East at Sabre.
Prior to joining the Sabre family, he worked for British Airways and other GDSs in Egypt and the UAE.
“Ibrahim’s extensive understanding of the airline industry’s many complex challenges will be an invaluable asset in his new role,” remarked vice president air commerce, Sabre, Alessandro Ciancimino.
