Dubai’s Al Bustan Centre & Residence successfully concluded its annual team building programme, which aims to boost morale and create harmony in the workplace among employees.
Hotel management and employees took part in the four-day event, which was held on the hotel premises. The employees were divided into four teams and were then given an opportunity to interact with their colleagues from other departments, challenging them to manifest team work and effort during the activities and exercises.
Speaking about the programme was chief operating officer, Al Bustan Centre & Residence, Moussa El Hayek: “It is very essential that all the hotel employees are working together towards one goal and one spirit that is why we never miss to conduct a team building every year.
“We value the building of a healthy working environment for each employee because the more they have a harmonious relationship with their colleagues, the more productivity they will generate that will be a mutual benefit for them and the property. They are and will always be our asset for us to deliver excellent services towards the guests and visitors,” he concluded.
The team building ended with an award ceremony, with the winning team receiving prizes for their hard work and achievements.
