Al Ghaith Holdings sheds light on growth plans for Two Seasons Hotels brand

Al Ghaith Holdings’ Two Seasons Hotels brand is gearing up for its inaugural property in Dubai, which will be opening its doors in 2021.

Following a rebranding process, Gloria Hotel & Apartments will transform into a Two Seasons property and will represent the chain’s debut in the UAE. Two plots are under construction in Dubai, and upon development a total of 188 Lifestyle hotel rooms and 256 apartments will launch in 2021.

Looking ahead, Two Seasons Hotel Management has plans to launch two hotels in Morocco by 2022, one of which will be a beach resort with 120 rooms and the other, a boutique hotel with 22 villas.

Managing director, Two Seasons Hotel Management, Freddy Farid commented: “The creation of our home-grown brand and the upgrading of our current property will certainly enhance our guest interaction, by offering personalised service and quality standards to our customers.”

Over the coming five years, Al Ghaith Holding has ambitious expansion in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as large global cities.

Two Seasons-branded properties will reflect the destinations in which they are located and will invest in long-term projects involving local communities. They will also be dedicated to decreasing their carbon footprint, keeping the environment’s best interest in mind.
