During the 2018 edition of the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), A.A. Al Moosa Enterprises announced three ground-breaking hotel projects on Palm Jumeirah – Hilton The Palm, TAJ Exotica Resort & Spa and Marriott The Palm, all of which are due to open in Q1 of 2019.
The three hotels will contribute 1,500 hotel keys to Dubai’s hotel room inventory, which is anticipated to reach 132,000 by the close of 2019. They will collectively offer 25 dining outlets.
Faisal Al Moosa, representing A.A. Al Moosa Enterprises, declared: “With the opening of the three hotels on the Palm, we are not only expanding our footprint in the UAE but also contributing to strengthening the tourism sector of Dubai. These three iconic hotel projects will bring additional 1,500 hotel rooms that will support our government’s Tourism Vision for 2020. The hotels will cater to varied market segments across diversified source markets and will further strengthen the city’s reputation as the region’s leading tourist destination and the most visited city in the Middle East.”
Standing on the Trunk of the Palm, Hilton The Palm will stand 13-storeys tall. Granting picture-perfect vistas of the Arabian Gulf, the beachfront resort will offer 608 rooms and suites, seven restaurants and lounges, a fully-equipped gym, a blissful spa, and meeting and conference rooms.
