Alpha Destination Management organises FAM trip for UK and German tour operators

Alpha Destination Management recently hosted a familiarisation trip for top tour operators from the UK and Germany, offering them an action-packed weekend in Abu Dhabi.

In collaboration with Yas Experiences, a lineup of thrilling activities was organised.

On Thursday, the group enjoyed a luxurious stay at the Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas, accompanied by an adrenaline-pumping driving session at Yas Marina Circuit.

Following this, Yas Viceroy – the jewel of Yas Marina – extended its welcomed to the agents, serving up a delicious brunch on Friday. After the brunch, Alpha Destination Management organised a special surprise for the guests, having flown in the Guinness World Record team from the UK to overlook and certify ‘The most double high five in relay in three minutes’, which the guests engaged in.

Once the group achieved the Guinness World Record, a celebration was held at the popular Stills Bar at Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi Yas Island.

On Saturday, the group was given a guided tour of Abu Dhabi, with Louvre Abu Dhabi being the highlight, followed by a preview and lunch at Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi on Yas Island.

Rounding off the trip in style, Alpha Destination Management flew the tour operators back to Dubai via helicopter, transporting them to the company’s helipad at Atlantis The Palm Dubai.

Speaking of the familiarisation trip, general manager, Alpha Destination Management, Samir Hamadeh said: “We are delighted to showcase the very best of Abu Dhabi to our international partners.
