The Ascott Limited (Ascott) has announced several appointments within its Saudi Arabia cluster, aiming to strengthen its senior management team and operations across the region.
Imane Guennioui joins Ascott as assistant director of marketing – Middle East, Africa and Turkey. Guennioui obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (finance and marketing major) from the American University in Morocco – Al Akhawayn University in 2008.
She has since acquired significant experience across the UAE in marketing, digital marketing and communications with various established hospitality brands in the region.
Ascott Jeddah’s new cluster assistant operations manager is Awad Hamed Saeed Alolyani.
Alolyani’s key responsibility will be operations, as well as stabilizing and growing the guest services teams across the Jeddah properties. He possesses a Bachelor of Tourism Management Degree from the University of Western Sydney, Australia, and has recently completed his Master of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Global Business School of Barcelona, Spain.
With significant hospitality experience – from part of a pre-opening management team, front office supervisor, and privilege guest relations at properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi – Alolyani will play a significant role in the properties’ operations within the area.
