Spain’s Barceló Hotel Group is set to open a brand-new property on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, the flagship waterfront destination by Marjan.
The five-star resort will comprise 500 rooms, along with a beachfront space; an extensive selection of exclusive F&B outlets, including a themed restaurant and lobby lounge; meeting rooms; a pre-function space; swimming pools; and spas, among others.
CEO, Barceló Hotel Group, Raúl González spoke on the announcement: “We are delighted to be operating the first waterfront hotel in our portfolio in Ras Al Khaimah, which represents our seventh venture in the UAE. Al Marjan Island is a special destination that is continuing to grow in popularity within the leisure market luxury, five-star space – a perfect addition to our existing hotel portfolio in the region and globally.”
