A total of 13 Best Western Hotels & Resorts properties in Asia have acquired the prestigious 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
Best Western hotels in Thailand, Japan, The Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar have been presented with the award, which recognises hotels that have consistently earned stellar reviews and ratings from travellers on TripAdvisor. These include city hotels and beach resorts across three of Best Western’s brands: Best Western, Best Western Plus and Best Western Premier.
Managing director of international operations – Asia, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Olivier Berrivin spoke of the great achievement: “We are thrilled that so many of Best Western’s hotels in Asia have received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. At Best Western, we pride ourselves on providing the highest levels of customer service. To receive such a resounding vote of confidence from our guests is truly gratifying.
“Exceeding our guests’ expectations is the overriding goal of every Best Western hotel. The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence awards are a genuine reflection of guest satisfaction and, therefore, a true reflection of our hotels’ performance. It is fantastic that these excellent hotels are now getting the public recognition they deserve,” he concluded.
