Cobalt Air has formalised an interline agreement with Etihad Airways that will allow the Cyprus-based carrier to broaden its passenger reach, while simultaneously stimulating more tourism from the Middle East and beyond.
The new agreement will boost Cyprus’ exposure, connecting the island to over 100 routes from Abu Dhabi to the East. Meanwhile, those travelling from Cyprus will be able to book onward services via the UAE capital city to Sydney and a number of other destinations.
Cobalt Air launched Larnaca-Abu Dhabi flights in February 2018. The carrier offers travellers flights to 21 destinations spanning 12 countries.
