Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai has welcomed Digvijay Singh Rathore as director of food and beverage.
Rathore assumes his new position with 16 years of F&B experience in tow, with vast pre-opening knowledge spanning conventions and banqueting. He holds a BSc in Hospitality Management from IHM, Hyderabad, and throughout his career, he has held a number of F&B roles in India and UAE.
Rathore enthused on his new challenge: “I am very delighted to join the Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai family. I am very excited to share my ideas with the team and help to build on the hotel’s success especially with its current leading position in the market.”
Also commenting was general manager, Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai, Simon Moore: “Let us welcome Digvijay into our family and wish him a successful journey.
