Grand Millennium Dubai has opened its arms to Feroze Jahangir Shah who has joined as the new director of engineering.
Shah brings with him extensive experience, having worked for over 17 years with a number of well-known hospitality brands. He held key positions at a number of hotels including Hyatt Regency Dushanbe Tajikistan; Business Central Towers – Dubai; Ramada Hotel & Suites Ajman; Sandals Antigua Caribbean Village Resort & Spa West Indies; Avari Hotels Karachi; Towers Rotana Hotel – Dubai; Hyatt Regency Hotel & Towers, Makkah – KSA; Annakheel Village Resort, Jeddah – KSA; and Pearl Continental Hotels Group.
Adding to this, his experience includes 18 years at sea as a marine engineer.
Trained and educated in the UK, Shah most recently served as senior facilities manager and head of operations at Secureplus Facilities Management Company in Jebel Ali Dubai.

As director of engineering, Shah will be responsible for the overall supervision, leadership and direction of the engineering division.
As well as his day-to-day tasks, a key objective for him will be to maintain effective energy management/conservation and planned preventive and reactive maintenance programmes at the hotel.
