Oryx Rotana Doha has appointed Sidi Fikri to the position of director of food and beverage.
Fikri boasts over two decades of experience in the hospitality and service industry, and has been involved with some of the most acclaimed restaurants in New York City.
Following his successful stint in the US, he moved to Asia and spent a decade between Singapore and Malaysia, before the call back to his cultural roots and his move to Doha, Qatar, where he made Oryx Rotana Doha his new home.
General manager, Oryx Rotana, Ghassan Dalal said: “We are glad to appoint Sidi Fikri as the director of food and beverage.
