Fairmont Dubai has welcomed Pranav Vohra as its new director of sales and marketing.
With more than 13 years of hospitality industry experience, Vohra brings with him a wealth of knowledge. He boasts a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Hotel Management obtained from University of Huddersfield, UK; an MBA in Marketing and Operations, from SP Jain School of Global Management, Dubai; and an Advanced Marketing Certification from Cornell University, specialising in marketing, revenue, distribution and sales.
Vohra kick-started his career in 2004 in India, where he collected useful knowledge in the front office, housekeeping, F&B and sales and marketing departments.
Prior to assuming his new position at Fairmont Dubai, he worked as the director of sales and marketing at Hyatt Regency Dubai.
In his new capacity at the Fairmont Dubai, Vohra will oversee the property’s reactive and proactive sales efforts. He will develop marketing communication activities in conjunction with the overall brand strategy.
