Australia-based La Vie Hotels & Resorts has unveiled its very first venture in the Middle East, La Vie Garden Hotel & Apartments in Dubai.
The 253-key new-build property, which is scheduled to open this month, offers an exceptional choice of luxuriously furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments.
Regional director of business development – MENA and Europe, La Vie Hotels & Resorts, Mohamed Hassan spoke on the project: “We are thrilled to expand our footprint beyond the Asia Pacific region and delighted to debut in the Middle East with our first hotel in Dubai, which will be operated under our latest upscale brand – La Vie Garden.
“This fabulous property, combined with its premium location in Al Sufouh, provides us with an excellent opportunity to enter the region’s hotel market at an exciting time when the emirate is getting ready to host the world for Expo 2020. Our growth plan for the Middle East is focused on entering gateway destinations while leveraging our brands with a balanced pipeline of hotels,” he added.
La Vie Garden Hotel & Apartments is home to the finest amenities and has been thoughtfully designed for both long and short-stay guests. Included in its wide range of facilities is an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a coffee lounge and an outdoor coffee bar.
The property’s leisure facilities will feature an outdoor swimming pool, a kids’ pool, a state-of-the-art gym, a male and female health club, a steam room and a sauna, an outdoor playground and nursery for kids and a sport walking track. On site are also two meeting rooms and a business centre.
