DXB resumes services to the KSA ahead of Saudi Arabia’s 90th National Day

Ahead of Saudi Arabia’s 90th National Day, Dubai International Airport (DXB) resumed scheduled services between Dubai and multiple cities across the KSA on September 20, 2020.

Saudi Arabia represented that airport’s second largest destination country by passenger volume in 2019, which totalled 6.3 million.

Saudia, the KSA’s national carrier, relaunched a total of five daily flights from DXB to Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. More services operated by other carriers are planned over the coming days and weeks.

Saudi Arabia’s National Day reflects the deep socio-cultural ties between the UAE and Saudi Arabia, which go beyond trade, commerce and air connectivity.
