At the recently concluded HITEC Dubai 2018, Emaar Hospitality Group unveiled its most recent innovations in digitalisation.
At the technology conference, CEO, Emaar Hospitality Group, Olivier Harnisch said: “Emaar Hospitality Group has paved the way for creating an innovative hospitality landscape in Dubai, offering a range of experiences, from luxury to contemporary midscale. Harnisch explained that over the last 12 months, Emaar Hospitality Group has introduced a number of digital innovations spanning all of the touch points focused on enhancing the guest experience.

Meanwhile, CEO, Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP), Frank Wolfe CAE declared: “Expo 2020 is driving growth in Dubai as the emirate aims to complete 160,000 hotel rooms in time to welcome an additional five million visitors during the event.
