Ever working to boost its portfolio of properties, Emaar Hospitality Group has unveiled five new pipeline hotels that are due to open in Dubai this year.
The openings include Address Fountain Views, home to 193 rooms and suites, and Address Sky View in Downtown Dubai with 169 keys, as well as Vida The Hills, boasting 275 rooms, and Vida Harbour Point with 157 rooms.
Meanwhile, Rove Hotels – the joint venture of Emaar Properties and Meraas – will also be launching a new family-themed property this year, Rove At The Park, which will boast 579 comfortably-sized rooms.
All of the aforementioned hotels have commenced online bookings and the response from guests has reportedly been strong so far.
Chief operating officer, Emaar Hospitality Group, Chris Newman declared: “The five new hotel openings this year further cement our credentials and competencies as the leading homegrown hospitality provider, welcoming visitors from around the world with a diverse portfolio of hotels that meet their lifestyle aspirations.”

We are committed to supporting the Dubai Tourism Strategy to welcome 25 million annual visitors by 2025 through our robust portfolio of upcoming hotel projects and will also focus on expanding our geographic footprint through new hotel management agreements.”
