Due to heightened demand for travel to the Netherlands, Emirates Airline will be introducing five further Dubai-Amsterdam services to its schedule, complementing its current double daily services and boosting flights to 19 per week.
Four additional flights will be introduced on December 1, 2018, while the fifth will be adopted on January 1, 2019.
Outbound, flight EK145 will depart in the early morning from Dubai on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, arriving in Amsterdam just in time for breakfast, allowing customers to make the most of their day in the city.
Flights have been meticulously timed for those connecting from Emirates Airline’s global route network to Amsterdam, and are expected to be popular among business travellers to the Netherlands from Johannesburg, Cape Town, Sydney and Bangalore, as well as Dutch leisure travellers from Bangkok, Bali, Mauritius, Maldives and Sri Lanka.
The return service, EK146, will take off from Amsterdam on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in the late morning, arriving in Dubai in the evening.
The additional flights will be operated by an Emirates Boeing 777-300ER in a three-class cabin configuration. The aircraft boasts eight private suites in first class, 42 lie-flat seats in business class and 310 spacious seats in economy class.
