Boosting capacity, Emirates airline has announced that all Beijing (PEK) and Shanghai (PVG) services will soon be operated by a larger A380 aircraft.
On July 1, the airline will be enhancing its second daily flights, EK308/EK309 on its PEK route and EK304/EK305 on its PVG route, by replacing the current Boeing 777-300ER with the A380.
The initiative will boost capacity to both cities, whilst simultaneously offering passengers more convenient A380-to-A380 connections between the two Chinese cities and over 30 international points, via its hub in Dubai.
This upgrade strengthens Emirates Airline’s overall mainland China offering, which also includes services to Guangzhou, Yinchuan and Zhengzhou.
The airline currently offers 38 weekly flights to China, giving passengers access to its vast network of over 150 cities in more than 80 countries worldwide.
