Burj Rafal Hotel Kempinski has welcomed Chef Fahad Abdullah Saleh Bukhari as executive chef, who will use his 17 valuable years of experience to elevate the hotel’s F&B offering.
He has previously worked as the head chef of Saudi Arabian Airlines, the executive chef of Palace of the Queens – Jeddah and the banquet chef of Jeddah Hilton Hotel. He also held the position of chef de cuisine in the Western Kitchen at HRH Prince Al Waleed bin Talal’s palace.
Throughout his fruitful career, Bukhari has scooped numerous medals and accolades in national and international competitions. Adding to this, he was a member of the jury in season two of Arabian Top Chef.
Bukhari holds a diploma in catering from Saudi Arabian Airlines, as well as a bachelor degree in accounts from King Abdulaziz University.
