Media Rotana in Dubai has welcomed Pasquale Sipone as its new executive chef.
Sipone, from Italy, assumes his new position with almost 30 years of experience acquired from international hotel groups and catering companies. He is known for his out-of-the-box ideas and mouthwatering recipes.
As well as being a world-class chef, Sipone is also known for being a great leader equipped with extravagant management expertise, such as leading a team of over 50 personnel, maintaining global standards, planning strategies and overviewing operations, plus much more.
Sipone has a Diploma in Food and Catering from the Istituto Professionale Alberghiero Di Stao, Assisi Perugia in Italy and has attending numerous seminars, workshops and training programmes to enhance his knowledge and skills.
He is multi-award winner and has been recognised as a ‘Senior Member of the Emirates Culinary Guild’. He also acquired silver and bronze medals in live cooking competitions organised by the Emirates Culinary Guild.
Well acquainted with Rotana, Sipone has held various roles at a number of Rotana hotels.
