Experience Hub, the destination partner of Yas Island, succeeded in three categories of this year’s Gulf Customer Experience Awards.
Experience Hub’s expert Customer Experience team was crowned the ‘Overall Winner’ of the Gulf Customer Experience Awards, having achieved the highest score out of all the entries. The company additionally acquired the Gold Award in the ‘Best Contact Centre’ category and the Silver Award in the ‘Employee Engagement & Happiness’ category.

As part of ‘The Yas Concierge Way’ customer experience training programme, the concierge team has empowered employees to deliver ‘wow’ moments for guests, regardless of the communication channel or request.
