Danat Al Ain Resort has welcomed Dennis Smith as its new food and beverage manager.
Smith assumes his new position with more than 12 years of experience in F&B, collected from prominent hotels in the Middle East, Asia and Africa. He will apply his wealth of knowledge and experience to the resort’s restaurants and banquet operations, and will work to develop new culinary experiences whilst maintaining highest standard of service.
In his new capacity he will oversee a total of nine outlets, which include the award-winning Indian restaurant, Tanjore, McGettigan’s and the Italian restaurant and bar, Luce.
