Caesars Entertainment Corporation (Caesars Entertainment) has announced a $90 million renovation project for all 1,270 rooms at the Flamingo Las Vegas.
The renovation is scheduled to commence in late August 2017, with the completion of all rooms anticipated in Q2 of 2018.
President of hospitality, Caesars Entertainment, Bob Morse spoke of the massive development: “Flamingo Las Vegas is an iconic resort filled with 70 years of rich history and unforgettable experiences. The renovated rooms pay homage to the property’s past, while also giving it a fresh and modern new look.”
The rooms will boast a fresh, contemporary and retro-chic design, with accents that stay true to Flamingo’s rich history as the centrepiece of the Las Vegas Strip. Taking charge of the project will be designer, Forrest Perkins, who will incorporate elements of gold and vibrant flamingo pink within the design.
In the past year alone, Caesars Entertainment has upgraded more than 4,800 rooms at four of its Las Vegas properties, including Caesars Palace, Planet Hollywood Resort, Paris Las Vegas and Harrah’s Las Vegas.
By the end of 2017, more than 50 per cent of Las Vegas rooms at Caesars properties will have been upgraded since 2014, demonstrating the company’s commitment to providing the best experience possible for its guests.
