Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Dubai JBR has announced a new addition to its F&B offering – Flavours of India.
The speciality restaurant serves vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes from different parts of India, specialising in Mughlai cuisine, such as Raan e Riyasat, Makhmali Murgh Musallam, Shahjhani Kofta, Zaika-e-Dal Makhnai, Akbari Shahi Tukda and more. The main course selection includes the popular Butter Chicken, Paneer Tikka Masala, and Flavours Special Bhuna Gosht, among others.
The restaurant’s culinary team is headed by chef Mohammed Alam, who is also the hotel’s executive chef.
“By combining traditional Indian spices and cooking techniques with contemporary twist, we created the dishes to appeal to the most discerning taste buds,” Alam enthused. “Food is central to every culture but it is also meant to be shared with others thus, we invite not just the Indian expats, but also the diverse nationalities who are living in Dubai to experience rich culinary heritage of India through this new restaurant.”
In celebration of its opening, Flavours of India is offering a 25 per cent discount for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders until November 30, 2020.
