Flavours restaurant reopens at Hilton Al Ain

Flavors Restaurant Hilton Al Ain

Hilton Al Ain has recently reopened its main restaurant, Flavours, which now offers a new and improved dining experience.

Following renovation works, the restaurant now features enhanced décor in a contemporary Arabic setting complemented with vibrant colours, authentic ornaments and traditional and modern patterns.

The interior boasts a private dining area for groups and families up to 10 people, as well as an open dining hall and an outdoor terrace with a cocktail bar. Those opting for the terrace will enjoy picturesque views of the pool and gardens, while the VIP guests can request personalised service and enjoy various flavours of shisha.

With the guidance and imagination of executive chef, Inan Dogru from Turkey, Flavours offers its diners a number of themed nights with delicious food. Seafood Night takes place on Mondays; Italian Night on Tuesdays; Asian Night on Wednesdays; Arabic Night on Thursdays; and a Turkish night is held every Friday. Adding to this, brunch is also offered on Fridays.

Besides the extensive variety of the buffet, guests may also opt for the a la carte menu, offering signature dishes from different countries as well as a selection of healthy smoothies from the bar.

Commenting during its grand re-opening, general manager, Hilton Al Ain, Jacques Claudel enthused: “We are proud to welcome you to the newly renovated Flavours restaurant offering dishes from all over the world that would appeal to both Arab and non-Arab guests. Our aim is to offer the finest dining experience so everything has been carefully selected, from the décor, lighting and music to the menu for our themed nights and Friday brunch, so it would appeal to the discerning palate of our diners. At Hilton Al Ain, guest satisfaction is our top priority, in all aspects, whether they are here to celebrate an occasion, catch up with friends or simply relax after a long day at work, so we continue to develop new ways to make their visit a memorable one.”

The reopening of the reimagined Flavours restaurant forms part of the hotel’s major refurbishment plan which will be completed in stages. Other areas to be refurbished include the gym, pool, pool bar, lobby and Atrium wing guest rooms with executive floor.
