flydubai announces three new routes to Ukraine

In a bid to expand its global network, flydubai has recently announced its entry into Ukraine with three new flights to Kiev, Donetsk and Kharkov.
Flights to Kiev and Kharkov are expected to start operations as of September 16, 2011, while flights to Donetsk are planned to start on September 17, 2011.
Commenting on the new route, CEO, flydubai, Ghaith Al Ghaith commented: “Ukraine is a fascinating country ideally located at the edges of north, south, east and west Europe. The potential to develop the economic relationship between Ukraine and the UAE is huge and I am confident flydubai’s three new destinations will have a large stimulant effect on this relationship.
“Boryspil International Airport in Kiev is an impressive modern airport and we have been granted the privilege of flying into the prestigious Terminal F, a terminal usually not offered to low-cost airlines,” he added.
Director, Boryspil International Airport, Kiev, Anton Volov continued: “We are very much looking forward to welcoming flydubai to Kiev in September. flydubai is a quality airline offering affordable flights on brand new aircraft and this will be a major benefit for passengers wishing to travel between Kiev and Dubai.”
Flight FZ727 to Kiev is scheduled to depart Dubai Terminal 2 at 09:00, arriving in Kiev at 13:15 local time. The return flight FZ728 is planned to depart Kiev at 14:15, landing back in Dubai at 20:10.
Flight FZ725 to Kharkov is expected to depart Dubai Terminal 2 at 09:10, arriving in Kharkov at 13:10 local time and the return flight FZ726 is scheduled to depart Kharkov at 14:10, landing back in Dubai at 19:40.
In addition, Flight FZ721 to Donetsk is set to depart Dubai Terminal 2 at 09:00, arriving in Donetsk at 12:25 local time. The return flight FZ722 planned to depart Donetsk at 13:25, landing back in Dubai at 18:35.
