flydubai has inaugurated its very first call centre in the KSA, to provide it’s Saudi-based clients easy access to customer service.
The new call centre, which is based in Riyadh, is anticipated to assist locals and residents with various services such as handling reservations, payments and customer service enquires in both Arabic and English.
Commenting on the development was chief commercial officer, flydubai, Hamad Obaidalla: “Saudi Arabia is a very important market for flydubai, and with our new call centre, we look forward to providing our customers with a local channel to cater to their needs.
“We would like to thank the Saudi authorities for their hard work and efforts in supporting the tourism industry in the market and stimulating the flow of traffic from the region,” Obaidalla added.
flydubai has been servicing Saudi Arabia since 2010 with the launch of the first direct link to Abha from Dubai. The airline currently flies to Dammam, Gassim, Gizan, Ha’il, Hofuf, Jeddah, Jouf, Medina, Riyadh, Tabuk, Taif and Yanbu.
