This development emphasises the Saudi carrier’s commitment to offering its customers high levels of safety, comfort and on-board services, as well as top-notch medical support and care offerings.
During the signing of the new partnership, which took place on the sidelines of the Dubai Airshow 2019, chief operations officer, flynas, Captain Mansoor Al Harbi expressed the airline’s keenness to guarantee the well-being of its guests during flights through continually adding top quality services and seeking new approaches to heighten customer satisfaction.

Now, with MedAire’s Medical Assistance Service, flynas staff, cabin crew and pilots will be able to provide fit-to-fly assessments to passengers before their journeys, in addition to on-board medical support in the event of serious in-flight or post-flight emergency.
