Phoenicia Hotel Beirut has welcomed Francois-Xavier Fiorilla as its new food and beverage director.

Fiorilla brings with him years of knowledge and experience in F&B and has been working in hospitality for more than 12 years. He most recently held the position of experience director of food and beverage at The Address Hotels & Resorts, Dubai.

With a clear passion for food, Fiorilla began his F&B journey in Spain in 2001 as restaurant operator for the French restaurant, El Clodenis, in Ibiza. Following this, he worked for some of the best chefs and restaurants in the US.


In 2011, Francois left New York for Dubai to join the luxury hotel family, where he held several positions from the general manager fine dining and bar of Burj Al Arab to director of food and beverage at Emaar Hospitality Group.
