Four Seasons Hotel Beirut has introduced a new outside catering service for offsite events in Beirut and beyond, including intimate gatherings, business meetings or high-profile festivities.

Equipped with a team of catering experts, clients can rest assured that their events will ooze sophistication and Four Seasons charm.

Commenting on the new initiative was regional vice president and general manager, Four Seasons Hotel Beirut, Rami Sayess: “We are very excited to be entering the events catering space. The outside catering options on offer include canapés; a la carte offerings; buffets; coffee breaks; and cocktail receptions. Leading the culinary team is executive chef, Apostolos Dimou, who will use his years of experience to create tailored menus for each event, featuring local and international cuisines such as Western, Asian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean.

Diners will be charmed by the freshest of ingredients, including locally sourced meat, seafood and vegetables, as well as organic products and aesthetically pleasing presentation. Adding to this, the catering service offers intuitive service and other mindful touches, such as fresh flower arrangements, themed tableware and décor, and special entertainment.
