Elevating its F&B portfolio further, the upscale Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza has officially launched the brand-new Bullona Cairo – the first of its kind outside Italy.
Offering diners incredible views across the Nile, Bullona Cairo represents the second outpost of the distinguished Bullona Milano – an exclusive restaurant concept and a prominent hotspot for Milan’s fashionable elite, conceptualised by Pino Scalise and Cristiano Belloli in 2013.
The eatery’s Egyptian counterpart offers visitors upscale dining, as well as a unique design and art-focused atmosphere.
Restaurant general manager, Bullona Cairo, Emanuele Accame commented on the new addition: “Bullona Cairo will be a unique and exemplary addition to Cairo’s culinary landscape and I am overjoyed to be at the forefront of this opening.”
Those wishing to dine at Bullona Cairo can select delicious dished from its Mediterranean-inspired menu, which is infused with Italian flavours. Culinary highlights include squid ink black cod and roasted Alaskan king crab.
Adding to this, the outlet’s lounge area will offer an impressive selection of signature refreshments, prepared by a seasoned mixologist.
