Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya reopened its doors to the public in August 2020 following a two-month partial closure.
The upscale hotel is once again warmly welcoming locals and international guests to dine, stay, swim and relax with new dining concepts at each of its restaurants and lounges, new service standards and a strong focus on health and safety.
General manager, Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya, Didier Jardin declared: “This has been months in the making and our team couldn’t be more excited to welcome back old friends and new arrivals. As we reopen services, roll out new dining concepts and set new initiatives in play to protect everyone who walks through our doors, it’s fair to say there is no other hotel experience in Kuwait like Four Seasons.”
The hotel has adopted Four Seasons’ Lead With Care programme to ensure that the highest health and safety measures have been adopted. The brand-wide programme provides care, confidence and comfort to guests and employees via clear procedures ranging from additional food-handling protocols to enhancements to ventilation systems and other back-of-the-house operations.
In order to entice more guests, the 284-key property is promoting a handful of special offers, such as the Kuwait Getaway package, which offers a generous 15 per cent off room rates for stays of two or more nights, and Suite Dreams offering guests 25 per cent off a stay in a spacious suite.
Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya’s spa and wellness facilities have additionally reopened, offering a select menu of massages and treatments, plus access to the dreamy lantern-lit indoor pool and sun-lit outdoor pool. The latter is the destination for the facility’s new Cabana Massage and Sound Healing Massage. A private gym concept is available for individual training, as is membership to the Fitness Centre to encourage people to stay fit.
Meanwhile, the hotel’s F&B outlets are up and running with updated menus. Sintoho, the chic panoramic rooftop restaurant with its own terrace, reopened in September and is now serving dinner daily except on Sunday. Dai Forni, the rooftop Italian dining experience, is back with an updated menu featuring new dishes inspired by executive chef Sebastiano Spriveri’s extended stay back home in Italy, while Al Bandar, the cosy outdoor lounge is open until 12:00 midnight with new Lebanese-theme nights, a live DJ creating the vibe, flavourful treats and private air-conditioned resort island-style cabanas.
Elements, the market-style breakfast spot, boasts a new concept that transforms the table of every guest into an unlimited buffet of its own but also offers à la carte lunch as well.
Finally, Al Soor, the popular lobby lounge open from 9:00 to 00:00, offers visitors an updated menu featuring new light breakfast options, starters, salads, sandwiches and the latest dessert items.
Those wishing to entertain at their homes can now make use of the hotel’s new Off-Site Catering concept with a home delivery service.
