Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is set to significantly bolster its portfolio, with nine new properties scheduled to open for business this year.
Now boasting a portfolio of 111 hotels and resorts in 47 countries – including recent openings in Desroches Island, Seychelles; Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; and São Paulo, Brazil – the opulent hospitality brand’s openings for the year include: Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens on the Athenian Riviera – featuring 303 rooms and bungalows; Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River – comprising 299 rooms and suites in the heart of the Thai capital; Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Bengaluru at Embassy ONE – set in the heart of India’s technology hub and offering 230 rooms, as well as 105 private residences; Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas – an oceanfront resort in the Baja Peninsula housing 141 rooms; and Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Madrid – standing in the famed Canalejas district with 200 rooms and 22 private residences.
Other hotels that are opening this year include: Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Montreal in Canada – featuring 169 keys 18 private residences; Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley, California – comprising 85 rooms and 20 residences; Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences One Dalton Street, Boston – a 61-storey skyscraper which will be home to 215 hotel rooms and 160 private residences; and Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center – standing at 60 storeys and with 219 rooms.
Additional projects in the pipeline are inclusive of hotels, resorts and residences in Dalian, China; Makkah, Saudi Arabia; Hanoi, Vietnam; and Caye Chapel, Belize.
