With a busy season of openings ahead, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has 12 hotel launches in the pipeline scheduled for late 2015 and 2016, including a number of regional properties as well as debuts in several countries.
So far in 2015, the luxury hospitality company has marked its debut in Bahrain with Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, and its second property in France with the rebranding of the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat. By the end of this year, the company will be launching three more properties: Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca and Four Seasons Hotel Casa Medina Bogotá.
Meanwhile, 2016 will see the Four Seasons brand entering Abu Dhabi, with the 200-key Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, situated in the centre of the new Central Business District. The new building will house a retro-modern Chicago steakhouse, a cocktail bar and a poolside restaurant, among other dining options, as well as 124 private and serviced residences.
Moving on, Four Seasons is due to open its second location in Dubai next year, in the heart of downtown business district. The 106-room Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre will house a rooftop pool and garden as well as various F&B options, plus much more.
Kuwait City is also due to receive its inaugural property in 2016: the 263-key Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya in the central business district. With five F&B options, other facilities include an indoor pool in the beautifully designed spa and fitness complex.
Other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts properties in the pipeline for 2016 include: Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá in Colombia; Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto, Japan; Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, the US; Four Seasons Resort O‘ahu at Ko Olina, Hawaii; Four Seasons Hotel The Surf Club, Florida, the US; and Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin, China.
