GE Aviation has announced that Emirates Airline has extended its TrueChoice Flight Hour agreement for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of 54 GE90-115B engines that power its Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
The extended agreement between Emirates Airline and GE is valued at more than $400 million over the life of the contract.
The carrier operates the world’s largest fleet of Boeing 777 aircraft with 118 in service flying to six continents. The airline continues to build on a successful partnership with GE on technology sharing and innovation in engine maintenance and related services, contributing significantly to the aviation industry.
