Abu Dhabi’s Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana has opened its arms to Eleni Tsolakou who has assumed the position of general manager.
Boasting more than 15 years of hospitality industry experience, Tsolakou’s career has taken her to Africa, Greece, Indonesia and the Middle East. Throughout her career she has obtained a proven track record of leading complex hotels at development and opening stages, and has gained experience within hotel operation, cost-cutting and energy saving, staff training and development, CSR activities and much more.
Hailing from Greece, Tsolakou holds a degree in hospitality management from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. She joined Rotana Hotels and Resorts in March 2011 as executive assistant manager at Yas Island Rotana and Centro Yas Island.
Before assuming her most recent position, she served as the general manager at Centro Barsha by Rotana, Dubai.
Enthusing on her new appointment, Tsolakou said: “I am thrilled to join Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana and its remarkable team. I strongly believe that, with my diverse experience within the hospitality industry and the team support, we will be able work together towards a brighter future and carry on the company’s success.
