Marianne Fitzgerald, an Austrian national, has been appointed as general manager of Palace Downtown in Dubai.
Fitzgerald will apply her 25+ years of luxury hospitality industry experience to her new role. She will be responsible for driving the day-to-day operations of the Palace Downtown and will be working to further boost the hotel’s already stellar status and positioning.
Throughout her career, Fitzgerald has held various managerial positions in F&B and operations at renowned hotels spanning Europe and the Middle East. Under her leadership, the hotels have been globally recognised for their commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry.
Fitzgerald also has a strong background in human resource management, including recruitment and training.
