Rotana Hotel Management has appointed Karim Nahas as the general manager of Pearl Rotana Abu Dhabi, which will be opening its doors in the heart of Capital Centre – Abu Dhabi in early March.
Nahas assumes his new position with almost 30 years of regional hospitality experience. In his capacity, he will oversee the launch of the hotel, as well as management functions, hotel operations and strategies.
Prior to joining Pearl Rotana Abu Dhabi, he served as the general manager of Towers Rotana, Dubai. He joined the Rotana family in 2009 as the general manager of Grand Rotana Resort & Spa Sharm El Sheikh.
Nahas has also previously worked for various properties spanning the region, including Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, and has overseen a handful of properties as general manager.

Pearl Rotana Abu Dhabi is within arm’s reach of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). The property will be home to 315 upscale rooms and suites; five F&B outlets; extensive meeting and conference facilities; a rooftop swimming pool; spa treatment rooms; and a Bodylines fitness and wellness club.
